Whether you need polyester, nyon or other fibers, Durotex belts are highly resistant to the various chemicals found in waste water and industrial processes . Availability of plain, twill and satin weaves complimented by a complete selection of seams (reinforced welded, epoxy coated, plastic spiral, endless) including wear-resistant edges.

Your Durotex service specialist can assist you in selection of the right fabric, weave and seam to reach your objective such as increased cake dryness, cake release, capture rate or longer belt life.

• Plain weaves are typically used for basic dewatering and have high drainage rates. They are the easiest to clean.
• Twill weaves are best for combination sludges with course particulate material,typically found in industrial waste. They offer greater capture and improved cake release over plain weaves.
• Satin weaves are recommended for fine sludges. They have high capture rates and offer good cake release. They can be more difficult to clean.
