Process Belts
IFC's process belting program provides custom solutions with the widest selection of fabrics and seams, meeting specific requirements for various process equipment including vertical tower presses, horizontal vacuum filters and others. IFC’s process belts provide cost-effective solutions in applications such as food processing, mining, chemical processing, fly ash, flue gas desulphurisation, coolant filtration and dryer belts.
IFC's process belts are highly resistant to the various chemicals found in industrial processes . Fibers available include Polyester, Nylon, Kynar, Polypropylene and PEEK. Availability of plain, twill and satin weaves complimented by a complete selection of seams (reinforced welded, epoxy coated, plastic and endless) including wear-resistant edges.
